Does the black matte wear off easily? I don’t want to pay more for the black if it’s just gonna rub and scrape off after a week in my pocket…

I've bought several different Zippo lighters including this one and a few with the Harley Davidson logo and I've never had any problem with the American made lighter with anything wearing off. I don't think you'll regret the purchase...
