Won't stay up
They really help my knees there thick like putting on a layer of mussel. But I get them to stay up went buy there measurements?

Definitely compresses!
First of all ... Size... I am a size 6/8 in pants (United States), I got a large... They are tight, but maybe could have gone with medium as the ankles are a bit loose.The material is soft and smooth, they went on without a problem. At the top of the thigh is a rubber type band that helps it stay up (like what's on thigh high stockings).Well made, came in perfect condition. Would buy again!

These compression sleeves seem to be very good quality. My only complaint with them is that they are not long enough for me. I have a 36inch inseam. When I first put them on they stretch from ankle to upper thigh. After a half hour they are mid calf to mid thigh. They would be perfect if my legs were shorter.
