This kit was easy to install and it fixed the broken springs in my couch easily without having to do a full spring replacement

Had two zigzag springs that were sprung on an upholstered chair. Stumped on how to repair without removing upholstery and discovered these. I marked the holes, drilled small pilot holes, and screwed into hardwood frames. Notably, the screws are of very good quality and resisted stripping when meeting resistance. Managed to stretch the springs into these clips with a little effort and installed other screws with retaining pins. Voila! Good as new.

We have a loveseat/double recliner that got abused on one side. All four of the brackets holding the zig zag springs on one end of side had broken, so the springs were just hanging down. I really didn't want to buy another piece of furniture, so decided to see what I could do to fix it. I found these brackets and bought two sets of two.I was only able to use one screw per bracket because of how the seat was made, but I attached the springs kind of pinned behind the wood frame, so they aren't coming out unless the brackets or screws break.Not optimal, but effective.It's good to know these brackets exist, and I'll buy more if I need to do the same kind of repair again. I do wish they came with screws though. Not that big of a deal, but if they came with a couple sizes of screws for each bracket, it would make the rather steep price for the brackets hurt a little less.

The original spring retainers on my couch popped out, some went missing. They were just press fit into the frame. These clips fit perfectly and the screws make the repair strong and permanent.

Initially, I wasn't sure how I'd gain access to fix a few broken spring holders without some extensive disassembly of my sofa. Fortunately, these repair brackets can be easily attached from the bottom face frame using two #10 screws, so the installation was very easy. Personally, I think the brackets are a little bit on the thin side, but time will tell how they actually hold up.On my sofa, I barely had enough width on the frame to attach these brackets with both screws. Definitely pre-drill for the screw holes to avoid potentially splitting the wood frame. For me, I would have liked the bracket screw holes to be slightly closer together, or possibly to have slotted holes to allow for a little more flexibility on bracket/screw positioning.

I bought this from another recommendation. It comes only in a set of 2 and was the same cost of a different item that had more than 6.I needed to fix springs in my couch. These difficult to get the springs in and then attach the securement pin. I ended up buying another type that was much easier to use and had more in the package
