This works really well for alleviating constipation. I recommend putting in milk so you don’t taste it though it has an artificial chocolate flavor. The bottle is large and quantity lasts awhile as you only need a small dose. Start with a lower dose and take more 24 hours later if it doesn’t work. It’s better to use less than more. Provides great relief- I highly recommend.

Product is excellent. I have been using it for my wife for months. If the shipment was packed better, I would give it five stars. Two shipments in a row have arrived with a bottle cap cracked. Fortunately, the inner seal has kept it from leaking.

It always works well for a child or adult in my experience as a nurse working with children many years.If taken at night always gives a gentle affect.

Remember that nasty tasting cherry medicine from childhood? Well this is that with the added provision that you must mix it with six to eight ounces of milk or juice to prolong the agony of swallowing it. Actually they state it's to prevent irritating your throat. I would rather never go again than drink this. Straight to the garbage can.

Don't take more than the recommended amount as the product is very potent. It certainly produced badly needed results for me.
