100% works, you do have to get used them, bit uncomfortable at first but so worth it.
I wake up with my breath feeling fresh and my mouth not emulating the sahara desert. It took me a while to get use to these. I had to find a spot where it was comfortable and stayed put (for me thats right above the tooth right behind (the next one back from) the canine, pushed as far up into my gum/lip area as it can go.The size takes some getting used to also (they arent huge they just feel big once in you can still talk and go about your day as normal and no kne will notice it), however they do last all night. Once you get the hang out of they’re actually quite easy to use.I have tried both the mint (which is mild and pleasant no burning sensation and gives the freshest feeling in the morning) and the plain ones (works but being plain your mouth doesnt feel as fresh in the morning, these are great if you hate mint or worse have a mint allergy, personally I find this very thoughtful of the company)These 100% work. I dont even sleep with my mouth open (has been confirmed) and I would still wake up with the dryest of dry mouths, it gets so bad it’ll actually wake me sometimes. My mouth would hurt in the mornings because it would be so dry.Went in search of anything that could help and stumbled upon these tablets. Figured why not. So glad I did because now I put one of these in every night before bed and when I wake up my mouth isn't dry, these really do help keep your mouth salivating throughout the night.I use them during the day sometimes too. Xylitol is the only thing I've found that actually helps dry mouth. Which in turns helps your teeth stay healthy. (so win win in my book)

Give it a try I think it’s worth it!
I really like this. I deal with dry mouth a lot when I sleep since I mouth breath during sleep and wake up with an icky gross dry mouth. Never knew about this product until someone recommended it to me. I gave it a try I didn’t think $8 broke the bank. It really does stick well to the gums. I put it on my gums instead of a tooth I was worried about it coming loose but it’s solid and stays there’s all night. I like the mint taste mint is a favorite flavor of mine. It’s easy to apply to the gums and while you can tell it is there, it’s not really a pain and not annoying. I think it works pretty well for dry mouth and it does last all night. Very effective.

These Xylimelts work well at night.
These melts work pretty well at night. I find I no longer wake up in the middle of the night with a dry mouth. But I cannot use them during the day because it takes them a long time to melt and they would interfere with eating and drinking. But, they are a godsend at night.

Love these so much
I'm on medication that has dry mouth as a side effect, and I use a CPAP machine at night. I wish I had known about these years ago! -- not waking up to feeling like my mouth is filled with sand is such a simple joy.Easy to use, with a very mild mint flavour.

NO MORE DRY MOUTH
I wish my Dentist had told me about these tablets a long time ago. I just started having an issue with dry mouth, and I must say, these tablets get the job done. I started out using two tablets, and I decided to use one at bedtime. My mouth is as moist as ever—no more dry mouth. I only use them at night, and they get the job done.

Ingenious product but just too weird/gross
This is an 'interesting' product. A 'pill' sticks to your tooth magically--and it does stay there stuck. The pill, stuck to your tooth--melts slowly all night long, and It does work--sort of. Yes, it will prevent your mouth from going dry in sleep. It's amazing in that sense. BUT--big BUT--you have that chalky slow drip--that's the best way to describe it--a chalk-drip, very CHALKY Pepto-Bismol tasting mint 'chalk-juice' throughout the night. It drips. You swallow. Your mouth is moistened. It works even while you sleep. But you also wake up and have this chalky fake-mint saliva in your mouth. I have to give it credit for actually working. It does work! But the taste is weird, the texture really-really weird, and the overall effect--even though it does keep your mouth from drying out--is still something I would not use. It is a very unique and worthy and ingenious product, maybe even a minor-miracle, but I thought it was just kind of gross. The cause of dry mouth at night remains in full effect. This addresses a symptom. It doesn't do anything to aid the mouth in producing saliva in sleep. It DOES drip chalk-juice slowly, forcing a dry mouth to create saliva to react to the drip-juice... worth a try. I won't continue using it. If they updated it, offering non-chalkiness and a more neutral or even better no-flavor... maybe this would change the world.

Made my mouth more dry
I put in 2 tabs on my gums to use overnight with my cpap. I was surprised when I put them in how they seemed to dry up any bit of moisture I had in my mouth. I decided to keep them in hoping it would prove better during the night. When I woke up my mouth was actually crusty. I thought I’d have much better success seeing that there are so many excellent reviews.I also use xylitol mints during the day. While they last they help add the moisture. I’m kind of thinking they work because I have the little tasty mints rolling around on my tongue which produces the saliva. The overnight xylimelts are stuck up at my gum line so my saliva doesn’t kick in.***FYI IMPORTANT - I initially tried to write a review on the xylimelts larger size not realizing they weren’t the ones I bought. Amazon put up a notice saying that I was not allowed to write a review because they had a concern about the abnormally high amount of reviews in such a short timeframe. They were only allowing verified purchasers to write reviews.I’m guessing that it takes a lot of reviews to get Amazon’s attention and make them willing to limit these. Makes me wonder how many of these high star reviews are from actual users.
