,Outstanding product, especially for people who work outside in heat. This product tastes great and is it's easy to drink. Not too tart really does the job of hydration.

No Heat Stroke
Working outside in FL. It's been over 100+ degrees there is no amount of water or other drinks that can hydrate you. This Liquid IV does the job. Have not had any issues with feeling dehydrated due to heat, humidity and sun. Several different flavors that taste good. The variety pack has different flavors that taste good. Definitely recommend this product. Fast delivery and seller was good to work with.

It works well. Make sure you drink water also with this. I like Mango so this taste good for me.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:My partner absolutely loves this flavor of Liquid IV. When we saw it on sale we knew we had to buy it!It’s an amazing electrolyte solution that we use on hot days or days we are hiking in the mountains. It makes drinking water so easy because it honestly so delicious.Highly recommend this product.

Solid choice for hydration
I was consistently looking for fluid replacement while riding in FL HOT summer afternoons. Liquid IV is a solid choice for hydration, the electrolyte balance and Cellular Transport Technology (CTT) seem to make a difference in absorption. This met my needs for electrolytes, taste great and prevented stomach issues that were common with other products. Competitively priced, this really met my needs and I enjoy the lemon lime flavor.

Tasteful and Effective
A fun and flavor packed mix! Definitely one of my favorite but would not recommend if you are expecting a light taste! Good thing is that these don’t taste salty like other electrolytes can! Helped me keep way heat headaches while living in Arizona for a time
