We do like Pace Products. Highly rated and usually very reasonably priced.
Great and priced reasonable. I like to mix it with Pace mild chunky Salsa and refriedbeans for a dip with guacamole. Use a spoon to put it on Tostitos or any Nacho Chip, that is value priced. Personably I like Spicy guacamole, but mild is the favorite here. Tasted and at least for now, value priced and rated very highly. sour cream is another topper, but I seldom use it myself.

Good round flavor
Another pantry staple in my house...has a wonderful flavor that is used as a base in queso

Mild is not Medium
The Mild is ok in a pinch, but will always be my second choice to the Medium style for a little bit more kick. When you have to add something to a product to make it good: that's not a good product, but that's just my personal taste, and not understanding who on earth would ever buy mild cheese other than tiny babies, which doesn't necessitate losing a star.

unnatural luminescence of processed dairy ambition
Canned Nacho Cheese - 2/5 StarsBehold, the magnificent achievement of food science - transforming what was once actual cheese into a radioactive orange substance that defies both physics and dignity. This gelatinous marvel squirts from its aluminum prison with the enthusiasm of industrial lubricant, coating your chips in what can only be described as "cheese-adjacent product" that glows with the unnatural luminescence of processed dairy ambition. It tastes like someone explained the concept of cheese to a chemical engineer who'd never actually eaten dairy products, resulting in a salty, vaguely cheese-flavored paste that somehow manages to be simultaneously too thick and too runny depending on the temperature and your life choices. The sodium content could probably de-ice a highway, and the ingredient list reads like a chemistry textbook having an identity crisis, but it serves its purpose of turning innocent tortilla chips into vehicles for orange regret. Perfect for people who've given up on the pretense that food should resemble anything that once existed in nature, or anyone hosting a party where the guests have already made peace with culinary mediocrity.

Make Your Own Nachos!
To make your own nachos you need six things. A pound of ground beef, a can of refried beans, a can of Mexican tomatoes (cut them into smaller pieces), one package of taco seasoning and a can of this nacho cheese sauce and 1/2 a cup of sharp shredded cheddar cheese. In the main fry pan I cooked the beef and crumbled it until done and then added the seasoning packet and a little water and cooked until done. At the same time I heated the refried beans in a small saucepan and heated the nacho sauce in a smaller saucepan, adding in the shredded cheese to make the sauce even better. Then on a plate I assembled the ingredients starting with the refried beans, then seasoned meat, tomatoes and cheese sauce. It was that easy!If you try it enjoy! This sauce was delicious and easy to heat.~The Rebecca Review
