Our Lodge loves having popcorn, and this one met all our needs. It makes a large amount, doesn't burn, and there isn't waste. Worth every penny. We're very happy with this machine. I like that it's easy to clean by removing the popper bucket. I will share that it likes to have more oil used than what the instructions wrote. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend.

Great popper! We were using one at our business that really was geared more residential and was very hard to keep clean and popped small batches. This one is definitely a commercial popper. I love that the sides are glass and easy to clean. I love the metal kernal tray that collects unpopped kernsals/crumbs and we can pop 3 times as much as our old one at a time. Wished we had purchased this to begin with but now I gained an okay one for home, lol!

I have been using a borrowed machine for a few years now and our group decided we needed our own 😃 I recommend this model for reasons such as: ease of use, capacity of product, durability and clean up.

I was looking to upgrade my popcorn since my older machine could really only make enough for 2 people. At it's max this machine could make enough for 10+ people to have their own bowl and then some. Warmer is perfect to keep it warm throughout the movie.My only negative about this machine is that it steams a little bit by the buttons so it can be a little warm to turn it off after the initial popping is done.

Purchased this for our brand-new school's concession stand. I am sure that it is a wonderful machine when it is working. We purchased this last year when our new facility opened. It arrived at the end of our sports season and we didn't even unbox it. Fast forward to this school year and our recently begun volleyball season in our new gym with our new concession stand. We unboxed the machine and we used it twice. The 3rd time we attempted to use it, it would not get hot. We tried a new plug-unplugging from roof of machine and plugging directly into power bar, etc. Emailed the retailer about getting a replacement pot heater, but no response. I am very disappointed.

Works great!!!! You can make ALOT of popcorn at one time with the 12oz kettle. I like the glass in this one vs. Plexiglass in other models. No problems as other posts stated, as far as working intermittently. Works best if you put coconut oil in heat until melted, then add popcorn seeds and let heat seeds slowly. Tried instructions way of heating oil 3 to 5 minutes, the oil got way too hot and did not pop the corn right. I would buy this model again...so convenient.

We like the price compared to other ones we looked at for that size. We are using it in a bar atmosphere as a special treat for our customers. Pops fast and overall cleans very easily. A+
