Usually, any vitamins or supplements take a couple of months to show any difference.I was taking Holland and Barrett hair skin and nails formula until I ran out and they had none in stock. Can't really say there was much benefit to that other than my hair was majorly thicker this year so I decided to try something else and came across this.I took the first day and next morning my skin was completely different. It was glowing, looked plumper and so much more youthful.In one day!I don't have any wrinkles yet but I could see signs of fine lines starting to develop and I suffer from acne so had some scarring which is now barely visible since I started this formula. I also have large pores which were looking bigger since I was losing elasticity in the skin but they look like they have shrunk since I started taking these.My skin has never looked better!I've even tried chemical treatments in the past which have done nothing compared to taking these pills has done.To see the difference that I have in just a few weeks of taking them, I can't wait to see the long term benefits and I will be continuing to take them.

tried a different brand and didn't see results so gone back to these. as definitely had better results but I went for cheaper. sometimes you pay peanuts you get monkeys. trusted brand and like they have turmeric too in them so I get a double hit of collagen and turmeric both good for peri menopausal-me.

As with all these things I was sceptical. But did allot of research and decided this product contained a high enough blend of the ingredients needed to make a difference and the price is ok.I have been taking for 6 weeks now and can see a difference! My hair is really thick and glossy, it was think before but often looked dry, strangely i can go longer without washing it is less limp looking. Nails - no difference. I have a deepest line between my brows and lines on my forehead. I am 44 and have had these lines since I was 36. They are noticeably softer I am really impressed! This is in the last week or so. The taste is fine, they do give me slight stomach upset and bloat but I am susceptible to this anyway.Hair growth and skin improvement seems good but is coupled with lifestyle changes at the same time so can’t comment if it’s directly associated to the tablets.Value for money to be expected for this type of product.Never any issues with the quality/un sealed tubs etc

They were ok but found the marine collagen better & cheaper

Absolutely amazing. I cannot believe the impact on my nails. They were brittle and splitting and I couldn’t grow them. After a month of these supplements they are the best they’ve been in years. I haven’t noticeably seen an impact on my skin yet but will continue to take them and see what happens.

These Bettervits Collagen Capsules just aren't for me ~ they caused me ~ (or certainly didn't help) me to have constipation. I didn't really realise until the 2nd pot (£30+~ so a bit wasteful ~ unless I come accross a friend who can use them) & having looked at the ingredients the only thing I can see that could cause my constipation is possibly the Hyaluronic Acid (listed as Sodium Hyaluronate). Excellently packaged & contains Turmeric, vit E, C, Biotin ~ oh there's Marine Collagen too ~ which could also (or only) be the constipating factor. Just be aware if you think you could be sensitive to Sodium Hyaluronate ~ or Marine Collagen. I now take a Plant Based form of Collagen ~ & so far no probs'.

These were easy to take/swallow and good quality clean supplements but price wasn’t sustainable for me, so I looked around for one with higher amount of mixed source collagen powder & settled on Elavate collagen powder, after trying Absolute Collagen for 7 months. I now feel some of the benefits people have been talking about sleep quality, nail/skin/hair hydration plus.
