20-Amp Smart Battery Charger,Lithium,LiFePO4,Lead-Acid(AGM/Gel/SLA..) Car Battery Charger,Trickle Charger, Maintainer/deep Cycle Charger,12V/20A and 24V/10AI bought two of these from Amazon to charge up my LiFePO4 batteries for my off grid cabin setup at 9000’ in the Colorado Rockies. They work amazing – charging those to somewhere around 14.4-14.8 volts automatically. Not only did they charge my LiFePO4 batteries, they also revived my deep cycle L-16 batteries that the LiFEPO4 batteries replaced. The L-16 were the standard for solar a few years ago, and my L-16’s are about 6 years old on their last legs, needing constant monitoring, gassing off of acid, and needing to be refilled with ever scarce (during the pandemic) distilled water. The charger revived 3 of what I thought were dead L-16’s (and topped off the other 5). I’m now going to move those down to my garage to use in another solar application that’s not so critical (cabin itself is critical for furnace heating on propane when we’re not there, therefore the swap out to LiFePO4’s from L-16’s). The charger itself: display is very bright, buttons are well made, it remembers which battery type you last charged although very easy to set that, you can select the amps for charging which is great for low amp charging of ATV or Snowmobile AGM smaller batteries. Last weekend I had to move my LiFePO4 batteries inside due to severe freezing conditions and used the two chargers to top them off and make their voltage reasonably close to the other LiFePO4 batteries in the system before placing them back on the solar/gen-charger system. Worked perfectly. Also, since my main system is 24v, I can hook the charger up to the main battery bank on the main pos/neg to charge the whole system if needed. The chargers also have that recovery mode for Deep Cycle Lead Acid batteries, and that also works for normal car/truck starting batteries as well. Recovery mode on mine took about a day for it to cycle the lead acid cells – you can see/hear the acid bubbling when it does it and need to keep eye on acid/water level every so often as it recharges them, like I said I though they were deader than a door nail and they are now revived. I’ve looked at other multi-battery-type chargers, and these chargers fit the bill for my dozens of batteries and currently 4 different battery types – LiFePO4, deep cycle, starting, and AGMs – the mode button allows you to select which battery type for the proper charging voltage and cycle. I’ll probably buy a few more for use at my main house in the city.

It worked great on my dead motorcycle, ATV, and mower batteries; they all charged perfectly. Love this charger, we are a professional mechanic shop, one you've heard of too. Our shop now ONLY uses these chargers. 1 in each bay. We have 8 of them for over a year.PROS:#1 3 different charging speeds. If we leave over night we use the slowest charge, if we have a line of customers we use the highest setting. It takes the place of 3 seperate chargers by supplying the correct amperage for all battery sizes.#2 Finally a charger that will do lead acid, AGM, and Lithium. I don't need multiple chargers. You can't use a regular charger on a lithoum battery. This one has the correct voltage charge AND the wake up voltage which is needed and standard chargers don't have.#3 We've saved totally dead crapped out batteries and brought them back to life by using the desulfacator setting. Saving customers hundreds of dollars. It's saved 10 year old batteries that I thought had zero chance of returning to life! It saved the battery from my own Escalade also, which is a very power hungry vehicle. This was the first time I've ever seen a charger actually repair any battery, usually it's BS.#4 We use this to charge are solar banks that use LiFePo4 lithium. It supplies the low "wake up" current that almost no other chargers provide. NOCO chargers have the wake up feature also but it doesn't work if there's anything on in the circuit with this charger that doesn't matter it works in both cases flawlessly.#5 it tells us the current and voltage right on the digital display. I can look down and see exactly how far along it is in its charging job and the state of the battery.#6 it's fully automatic. I 100% trust these charger to stay on charging overnight and not burn down the shop. It's totally automatic. Clamp it and walk away. Come back an hour, a day, a week, a month later and it's good, it turns off on its own, it will trickle charge on its own.#7 the clamps are really nice and the cord is long. It is also extremely small for a 20Amp charger. My last 20 amp charger was a huge cinderblock.#8 as you can see in my photos I used a clamp meter to test this charger and for all 3 charge levels it was spot on! My multimeter showed exactly what the charger showed so it's very accurate, I tested this with an expensive fluke meter and it was spot on. I fully trust it now.Cons:Nothing, not 1 single thing! Far better than NoCo chargers, 3 speeds, and digital LCD screen. So much better than our NOCO units. After using both, the noco chargers feel like dumb chargers compared to these and they are much more expensive. This seriously is far better than any other charger I've ever used.Buy it! Now! Seriously why haven't you added to the cart yet! :)

Great product. Easy to use. Much better than older charger, because you can charge any type battery. Will turn off when fully charged .
