First off, I don’t mix this in water because truthfully it gives me heartburn if i drink it like that; I “dry-bang” it. It does give that itchy, “I just rolled around on some fiberglass insulation” feeling, but not as badly as other pre-workouts. This gives me energy to push through my workouts on even my most sluggish days and it has helped so much in me improve my strength because of that. The pink lemonade flavor is the best I’ve tried so far. If I take a serving and end up not working out because of a detour in my plans, I’m not left feeling jittery or itchy or easily enraged, just a little more pep in my step. There’s no increased heart rate or feeling flushed for me either so all-in-all a really great product and I’m currently buying my second tub since my husband and I go through this so quickly.

Warning: Something is 'off' with this formulation. I've been using preworkouts for several years and have never experienced the nausea like I feel after drinking this product. Tried it 4 times and felt sick each time, impairing my workout.

This stuff is weak! Definitely not the pump i expected only thing i felt was that itchy sensation for about 10 mins, I can take this right before I go to bed an knock out.. there amnios bcaa are good though I recommend that
