You toss it around, and when your thumb lands on a question, you have no choice but to spill the beans. I mean, it's a race against the clock, and my colleagues have revealed their quirkiest secrets. It's like speed dating for coworkers, minus the awkward silences. This Thumball is officially my secret weapon for surviving office meetings. Fun icebreaker for meetings. The ball is very soft and lightweight so it can be tossed gently from person to person.

The idea of this is great. I loved the idea of the balls available in inventory for different trainings and meetings. However, none of the question prompts were quite appropriate to what I needed so this blink one was a fantastic solution. However, there is no way in hell anyone on our team could write fallen off to actually write questions on this ball. It is a lot smaller than I anticipated. We ended up writing numbers on the ball and then having a paper with a list of questions that corresponded to each number. It is a good tool, but I think you have to get a little creative about how you’re using it
