It will move around. We play it in the basement on concrete floors and it does move.

It is made of canvas so I would say yes.

Is this sturdy enough for adults?

The adults and kids in my family play it and have a good time.Obviously since it's canvas ,it's not professional quality, but at the price we 're very happy with it.
