This is the first conditioner I’ve tried since learning through allergy testing that I’m allergic to linalool and other common chemicals. I was a bit hesitant switching from the scented products I’ve used my whole life, but this conditioner has completely won me over!It arrived perfectly packaged — sealed both internally and externally, with brown paper padding the box. There was no leaking or damage in transit, and the product itself has absolutely no scent.Despite being fragrance-free and minimal in ingredients, it performs beautifully. A small amount goes a long way — it leaves my hair soft, hydrated, and easy to comb through with minimal shedding. My hair stays moisturized and smooth for the 1–2 days between washes, which is more than I expected from such a simple formula.I honestly love this conditioner so much that I can see myself continuing to use it even if I’m ever able to reintroduce scented products into my routine. It’s that good — gentle, effective, and a total win for sensitive scalps and allergy-prone users.

The packaging is horrible. So hard to get the product out, I have to use two hands and really use some muscle to get any product into my hands. Other than the packaging, the product is very moisturizing and detangling. I have 3B/3C hair that is very fine. It makes my curls bouncy and soft. The formula is awesome.

I’ve been using Seen for the last year, but noticed my hair looking dull and coarse after they released their new bottle design. Finally looked at their ingredients and noticed they changed their formula. I saw that behentrimonium chloride was reduced in their new conditioner, so I decided to buy this, and I wish I had done it sooner! My hair looks the healthiest it’s ever been in years. I am so happy to have found a fragrance free conditioner that doesn’t load my hair with heavy oils. I have wavy hair that has both medium and thick strands, and this makes it feel so soft and silky without it being heavy and weighed down. Give this a try if you are thinking about it, especially if you have to avoid fragrances to keep yourself feeling well! It’s so hard finding quality hair care that’s fragrance free, and I hope this stuff never changes or gets discontinued.

I am a person that prefers a scented product but ill sacrifice that for a good result. This stuff is great. It really does moisturize the hair without being too heavy. I love the ordinary so im happy. I've seen some people say this product is too thin but I do not get that at all

So I wanted to love this conditioner!The scent isn’t overwhelming, which is important to me. And the product itself isn’t too thick! So I figured this was a lightweight conditioner but it’s actually incredibly heavy in moisture! So deceiving!I have pixie cut length hair so I need something lightweight and this just made my hair greasy and floppy. I tried it a few times with a tiny amount of product but it just doesn’t work out. It’s not meant for my shorter, straight hair.If you have thicker or longer hair, you might love this, but I didn’t.

Light weight and makes my hair feel healthy.

Leaves my hair feeling clean and soft without weighing it down with anything extra. Also, it helps with dryness of the scalp! I'll definitely be ordering this again.
