When I first took it in my hands it felt like one of my old school book because of it's size and layout. Practical, informative and use it on an almost daily basis
I love this book, both for my meditation classes (great and original scripts and a bit more modern than the traditional yoga nidra scripts), lovely readings with yin poses that I use in Shavasana in my yoga classes. The yin poses are well explained and lots of options and consideration of all the props that you could use. Really happy I got this book.
