Great value
Ordered these for my husky size 10 year old. Waist size is accurate and the band is comfortable. We had to hem for my son but the length for an adult is accurate as well. Stains wash out easily and the value is awesome.

I’m 5’10” 170 pounds and the medium fit perfectly. They are lose fitting but fit well in the waist area. Bottoms are an open cut that hangs like pants. The material is semi-thick, but heavy or too warm to wear.
