Barbeques are pretty simple. Push a button to light the barbeque. The button used to light the barbeque doesn't work. I reported this and send pictures and video. I get nothing back but a picture of a working unit. I don't need that. I know how a barbeque works. I need to unit replaced or a refund issued to me. 10 emails and communications and I still have nothing - no resolution, not even an attempt to resolve this issue. The seller can't be trusted send working products or address a situation (as described) so that I get my money's worth - 360.94 - paid 6/19Update - While it took some time to get this issue resolved it was resolved. I was issued a complete refund. The seller was at all times gracious and hospitable. While the process took longer than expected and there were a few bumps in the road, I think those factors were probably due to the fact that the issues I experienced were rare. I updated my rating to reflect the end result of the purchase. I would buy from this vendor again.
