This item is great for the lactose intolerant. It is well packaged so that it is easy to carry in one's purse, pocket, brief case, or glove compartment. It is chewable, ready for immediate use, and can ease those dreadful stomach cramps for those who consume lactose inadvertently, or who (like my husband) sometimes cannot resist succumbing to an urge for a bit of ice dream.

Ive been using these for a few years the 60 count is the way to go. For me they work great and they taste quite good, a little chalky but not horrid.Generally for me I take two of the chews before eating dairy and I have zero problems.
