Ive been using Roland's for a while. It does a good job and does not have the sweet flavor like Tums. They are a bit chalky and there is a lot of particle dust that comes out of the bottle when you shake it. It does take care of the heartburn but I find that you have to take more of them frequently. They tend to be a bit cheaper than Tums but I think it equals out in the end.
