These are really nice thin plain inserts which I found work out really well if you have a shoe that is a tiny bit too loose, you can cut these to size for your shoe, and place it underneath the insert you are using, and it takes up just the bit of space you need, so your feet are not sliding around. They have a tiny bit of cushioning, and the rubberized bottom helps to keep it in place. Really like these.

Love the comfort of these, just the right amount of cushion without making the shoe or boot fit badly. I used these for a couple of pairs of snow boots whose footpad had gotten ragged over time but the boots were still solid. The sizing seems correct-- I ordered for US women size 8 and no need to trim for sizes 7-8. I will buy these again!

These are great for replacing an insole that’s a little too thick. They also work well in barefoot shoes that need a mild cushion.

Very thin..perfect for adding supportive arches to your shoes. I need extra metatarsal support...these are quite thin so they allow me to position the metatarsal pads exactly where needed. I put them under the regular inserts that I use. Easy to place into other shoes as needed.

I love how customizeable these are. It comes with 12 insoles. 6 for each shoe. You can decide how little or how much comfort/height you want. Make sure you don't add too many as it will push your foot to the top of your shoe and crush it. Customizeable makes this super good, maybe a bit cheaper though like -20% would be better price.
