This has exceeded all expectations so far. It is oddly relaxing. There are a few different pressure settings and I find that even on the lowest setting this is great. Does a really nice job and it's lovely to use at the end of a rough day. The heat setting is nice and calming too. Really nice item. Not something I saw myself buying but now that i have it I can't see myself without it!

Received this as a gift from my kids and wife for father's day. I am a decorator that slipped a disc in my lower back a few years ago, and I always find I compensate for the lower back by using my upper back more when working on heights (ceilings etc), and am prone to very knotty shoulders and neck, which can be agony for days but you have to plod on to pay the bills! So I got this out of the box, timing was perfect as I'd done a ceiling a couple of days before and could barely turn my head. Switched it on, powerful... Placed the ball attachment between my shoulder and neck, gave it a few minutes, wow. Literally took the neck pain away. I've never believed in this kind of gadget but this really does work. Used it on my legs when they're achy and it reinvigorates every muscle. Brilliant product. Can't speak for longevity, but so far so good. 10/10.

It was a spontaneous buy and it's a good heat hand massager that helps with soreness and muscle pain in your hands. The higher lever is intense and it took me by surprise by how much pressure I felt the first time I used it lol. I say give it a go but shop around as you might find something similar with more features about the same price maybe.

Got this for my brother, in constant pain and numbness from neuropathy. In less than a week he’s noticed huge improvement and can even pick up those fiddly bits from a flat surface. After all the drug therapies we finally found something that works. Anyone with neuropathy should give this a go.

I find the lowest setting to be sufficient for regular use, though the higher settings can come across as a bit intense. The heat function does a great job of easing stiffness and keeping my hands warm, particularly on colder mornings. The rechargeable battery works reliably, lasting for multiple sessions, and its compact design means it can be stored easily in my study or taken to the office without any trouble. It has proven useful for managing some wrist pain I’ve been dealing with, and even my wife has used it a few times to unwind after a busy day looking after the children. It could have been designed a little wider to accommodate larger hands, although it still functions well. A practical and worthwhile product!

I have found the battery dies quite fast, I charged it to full but it only lasts around 20 minutes. The button to turn it on is very sensitive, can easily be turned on without meaning to, and can also be turned off mid use if it gets knocked. The build quality is cheap, the blue ring around the front has come off in the first use. When it arrived, it was dirty as if it had been used before. It uses a micro usb cable to charge it, which is very outdated and a hassle considering everything uses USB-C now. Gives a good massage for the price but wouldnt buy again.

This item didn’t hold its charge after being on charge till saying full then 5 minutes later out of charge , tried to send it back for a refund/replacement got reply saying not eligible for refund / replacement so lost my money , I wouldn’t buy this if I was anyone else

Wow what an item! The pressure is brilliant and it's not very noisy. The heat level is just right. You put your whole hand in for comfort and to benefit from all the pressure. Works a treat for my wrist too. I would definitely buy this again.
