I drink coffee, and I need more energy. I ordered the thermogenic supplement pills for an energy boost. Upon opening the box, I noticed that there were no small, which is a good feature because I have taken capsules with a foul smell. The description stated that it’s best to take the pills after meals, but I don’t usually eat breakfast, so I waited until lunchtime. I had to be cautious not to take the pills so late in the afternoon because they contained 217mg of caffeine. The capsules are small, so it is easily swallowed with plenty of water. I felt more energized after taking the pills in the mid-afternoon, so the pills worked as described for me. I was unsure if it was the caffeine or other ingredients I was unfamiliar with. I am to consult my physician on my next visit about these pills. The pills are also described as carb burning formula, but I am on a low-carb diet, and I did not notice any weight loss after 2 weeks of taking the pills. Overall, the thermogenic supplement pills are fairly good value, and the item description was fairly accurate.

Great product

Look, I drink a lot of coffee, I can handle four to six shots at once of espresso. I sometimes also mix a couple of tablespoons of cacao powder into it for the theobromine content. So I thought this would just be a simpler way to get the compounds, at probably a lower dose than I'm used to. After ingesting, my anxiety levels were awful - not in the social sense but the perspective of my life situation was in complete meltdown with nerves feeling raw as heck. I let a few days go by consuming my high amounts of caffeine as usual. Try this again and had another psychic meltdown. I don't know what's in this that's not on the label but it feels tweaked.
