I have used these supplements almost 2 weeks so far and I have noticed my skin looked more plump than what it usually looks. I have not changed anything in my skin routine, so I know these supplements are causing my skin to look so good. This is a major change because my skin is normally very dry and flaky. I have also noticed that I go to the restroom more often than I normally do, which is one and sometimes two times. I noticed after the second day of using the supplements that I now go three times. I actually tracked the times I went to the bathroom and it was in the early morning, midday and around 7 in the evening. My nails have also lasted longer without most of them breaking off.
