Products not completed and very poor condition of computer
Hi team,The products not completed- Keyboard not working properly- Mouse left click not working- TFT Stand missing - not received- TFT VGA cable missing - not received- Speakers missing - not received- Wi-Fi dongle missing - not received- Overall system /computer condition is very poorI am very disappointed to purchase this computer and Amazons team not take seriously their customers /service etc.Kindly take action asap and provide all missing products.

The condition of the desktop was average rather than excellent as mentioned in the description. Moreover it didn’t came with either os or microsoft pre installed.

Never Buy Renewed item from Amazon
The media could not be loaded. First I ordered for Dell and they supplied with Lenovo. Next time I ordered for Hp, key board supplied of Dell.Despite being SSD the pc is very slow. Even MS word becomes not responding and files openens in 45 seconds.Now after 2 months explorer not working properly.Utter waste of money.Amazon and the seller 'Renewed yet new' making us fools.
