Kaytee is hands down the best baby bird handfeeding formula on the market today! The nutrients are high quality, I have never had a issue with this formula, it smells and looks so fresh. The value compared to size, is unbeatable.

Great nutrition for healthy baby birds.
Best on the market. We have used it for many years, for baby Orange wing Amazons and now for a baby Eclectus. Great nutrition makes a healthy baby.

Good stuff for hand-feeding baby pigeons from day 5 through day 10.
I use this for hand-feeding baby pigeons from day 5 through day 10. I grind up chick starter pellets and then filter it to extract a more fine powder for hand-feeding baby pigeons up to about 2 weeks.. then I use ground up chick starter pellets until they are weaned.

We always use this to hand-raise.
Baby cockatiel loves it. Doesn't want to wean. Haha!

Good for chickens for short periods.
This is good for tube feeding my chicken when she was sick (I used a syringe with special attachment, and catheter tube from vet made to fit the syringe). If you make it the right consistency it won't cause aspiration and will go easily out of the tube. Like a mash consistency. The makeup of the food is similar to that of chicken feed concerning protein, etc.
