I have had issues with neck n back pain and could not get comfortable at all and tried numerous pillows/support and cost small fortune just to try and get "less pain". As last resort I tried this and used last night. My neck and shoulders constantly ache and in pain, and I'm exhausted. Every previous support pillow my neck still ached etc. Last night I wasn't holding put much hope, but once I used it I immediately noticed I had less aching and for once felt comfortable!!!! I could have cried lol. It's very well made and doesn't have the sudden drop in the middle, it's naturally curved kind of thing so took alot of pressure off my shoulder and neck as I'm a side sleeper. I use the larger end as recommended for side and it was comfortable. It's still early days but to have some relief is amazing. It will not cure conditions/pain and doesn't claim too but it's supports where it needs to and wasn't too hard (as some are) so you were supported without feeling like your head is on a brick. It certainly helped ease some of my pain and def my aching in my neck stopped for one night and I've had this issue for months.

Review after few months of use: a game changer, I regret not buying a memory foam pillow years ago. Its a huge difference for neck, head, back comfort and by fixing this, it will help to de-stress your mind , too, so its an add to your mental health, too. Every body type needs a specific memory foam pillow edge, please watch tutorials done by physiotherapists to understand what pillow edge fits your neck size, sleeping posture etc. The two edges of this pillow are there to be used differently , according to your neck size, posture etc. . Learn how to use a memory foam pillow to benefit from it properly. Overall, it is far better than a classic normal pillow. I personally felt the difference from the first night. Edit after another few months: I got costocondritis ! But I still give this pillow 5 stars. Why? Because it was my fault - I used the higher edge for months! Please EDUCATE yourself before buying a memory foam pillow- ask chatGPT or a physio/osteopath about 1. your neck shape( long, short) 2.your trapezius&shouders size( wide, narrow) 3. on what sides do you sleep( face up, face down, on one side or all sides alternatively- like me) If you don't get the answers to the 3 questions, you will get costocondritis !!! I have it for weeks and is bloody painful even with painkillers, it can last 2 months and gp cannot help . Please buy ONLY the right size for you

If you are used to a very soft pillow you might find it takes a bit of getting used to this one. It is firm but with enough spring to move with your head. I really like it and found it does exactly as it says it will. It gives excellent neck (and shoulder) support. It is very well made and one side is slightly higher than the other so you can choose which works best for you. So far (and I have only just bought it) I have slept well and woken with less neck stiffness. I also like the straight edges to it, it is very neat and doesn't move around like a standard pillow would. Excellent value too. New pillows can take time to adjust to, but in my opinion this one is worth the time!

What a brilliant product. I’d been waking with headaches most mornings and was told it could be down to my sleep position. I did my research and came across this pillow. On opening it really didn’t look much and gave my husband a laugh. Even so I gave it ago. Wow Iv had a good few weeks now and not once have I woke with a headache. It’s so comfy. Just shows looks can be deceiving. Would highly recommend.

Sadly, this was not any use to me as it was very soft and just did not hold my head in place at the correct angle for me to sleep. Though I started with my head in the 'correct' place, the foam was so soft with no strength to keep the head at the correct angle that I could not get comfortable or stay correctly at the right angle. I simply slid off the neck pillow when I fell to sleep (or sometimes before that) and generally stayed off the pillow! Fortunately, my partner likes many items much softer than I do and that included this item, so he is using it whilst I look for something much more efficient for me. He says that he really likes this neck pillow as it allows him to use his shaped neck hot water bottle at just the correct place for his neck problem and he therefore finds it very useful. Obviously, I have therefore given it to him!!

This pillow is the best pillow I have ever had. I took a chance after reading some negative reviews and I’m so glad that I did. I have neck problems so I always like a softer pillow, so that I can gather more at my neck and less under my head. I don’t need to now I’m using this pillow. It’s firm enough to support my neck and soft enough to let my head be in a comfortable position. If I don’t get this right then I have a sore neck! I use the smaller side because I’m small but the higher side would be good for a taller person. I’m glad I took a chance with this pillow, after a month I can say that I haven’t had a sore neck.

so good , neck pain is alot better but not perfect , shape is great , the fit is great and helps with pain

Sin embargo, es posible que a algunas personas les cueste adaptarse e incluso puede que no les convenza nunca. En este caso, se trata de uno de esos productos que hay que probar por uno mismo, ya que cada persona tiene unas necesidades diferentes en cuanto a descanso se refiere. Por mi parte, sólo puedo decir que ha sido un acierto.

He tardado mucho en cambiar las almohadas buscando la mejor opción para sustituir las que tenía que en su momento fueron una buena compra, pero ya tenían muchísimos años y la verdad es que estoy encantada con la elección. Muy cómodas y en modelos cervicales de las de mejor tamaño. Buena relación calidad precio. Recomendable 100%

Definitely not according to specifications on advert. Pillow is very flat and small. Its not worth it to waste your money on it.
