I ordered 4 of the 24 oz bottles for my boys to use at school. I fill them with ice and water in the morning and they can use the bottle fillers at school to replenish the water. When they come home after 8 hours (and sometime I don’t check them until 14 hours) they still have plenty of ice.The bottles come in great colors, so each got to choose one they liked.And they are super sturdy. They have held up to all the wear and tear of a school day and traveling.One of the bottles lost its silicone spout stopper/seal. Not sure how (could have been removed by a child). I contacted customer service and they replied within hours and had a replacement sent out the same day! Amazing service!High quality product and excellent service!

I've encountered a design flaw with this bottle. The straw in the top is not centered and doesn't seem to attach firmly to the little nib in the cap.Once you fill the bottle with ice and liquid, you must fuss to get the straw inserted. The top does not spin around the straw when you tighten it, but must move through the ice. It frequently gets hung up and detaches from the lid. So...you fish it out of the bottle, try to push it back on to the lid nib, wash the drink off your hands, and try to screw the system back together again. I don't think it's worth the hassle.Also, if you have small hands, a bottle 24 oz or larger will be difficult to handle. It may require a couple of rubber bands around it for grip.

i went through a number of different water bottles before i found this one. it doesn't leak, the tops are easy on and off. i love the straw top. i don't have to tilt it up, just suck it up while the bottle is straight. great when driving as one example. i like the size as well. it holds exactly half of the amount of water i want to drink in a day, so i just fill it up twice. it's a quality product.

I have been using my Hydro Cell for several months now. It has worked great in every way. Inside the top cap is a small o-ring that keeps it from leaking. I am not sure how it happened - cleaning or something- but that ring fell out and I lost it. I reached out to the company to buy another. On a Sunday they responded to my email and offered to send me a new cap at no charge. This company’s after sales support has been exemplary. I would buy from them again every time.

I was looking for a water bottle that was easy to fill with ice and water, kept my drink cold all day and was easy to clean. I found it! The straw is not easy to clean, but is manageable. The bottle itself is easy to clean with a few shakes of soapy water and rinse.
