Works well on my neck and shoulder areas . Holds heat well and is very soothing to my aching muscles.

Heat it up for 90 seconds and lasts about 20mins. Comfortable and somewhat heavy which adds to the comfort level. I just wish the heat would last for longer. Fragrance is very light and can barely smell it but overall satisfied with the comfort and quality.

I have a herniated disc in my neck and need frequent heat to calm muscle spasms. I was using a plug in heating pad before but it was too light and thin and didn’t stay in contact with my muscles unless I oressed down on it. This microwaveable neck wrap is amazing! It has a soft outer material with compartmentalized inner beads that stay dispersed. When applied rests nicely on neck, shoulders upper back and pec muscles and can be easily shifted to put more or less pressure on specific areas. I heat mine for 3 minutes in the microwave and the heat lasts a good while. I should note that I got unscented. And there was no odor upon unboxing or heating like some other brands.Just get it! Your muscles will thank you!

Really great~! I've used items like this for years and this one is the best. Its large and heavy enough to cover all the pain areas in neck and upper back. The scent and texture are great, I popped it in the microwave for 1:30 min on both sides and it lasted about 15 minutes. Great item, would highly recommend!

This is the second one of this heating pad that I have purchased. I love that it is so soft, as well as being large enough to heat neck and shoulders at the same time. Perfect after my shoulder replacement. I ordered the scent free because the herbal one smelled like weeds to me. I recommend this item.
