I completed my entire bottle of the Berberine 1200mg supplements and I believe it delivered on many promises. One persons review such as mine may have a similar experience or completely different. It goes without saying, even though I am saying it....everyone's mileage with supplements will vary. I took this supplement first thing in the morning with coffee most mornings, and noticed within the first week I had an increased heart rate that was noticeable and beyond the staple of morning coffee. It was good overall, and put me on the right energy track for the day. I believe these are non-GMO type gelatin vegetable based capsules that are common-place with supplements and flavorless...tastes like nothing at all to swallow them. Water weight loss and definite bloating loss was the biggest difference within the first 2 weeks. It may have been an afterthought, but after the halfway point in this bottle of Berberine, I researched the plan extract a little more, and has similarities with Turmeric, which has the anti-inflammatory properties. This is excellent for my mild arthritis and anyone else that has daily joint stiffness and prefers to handle in a natural approach. I would invest in another bottle in the coming weeks for sure. Do your before hand research, and determine if this Berberine supplement is right for you,,it just may replace something else in your daily pill routine. Discuss all possibilities with your doctor. Give it a try!

I love Natures Craft Brand of supplements. This brand gives you a peace of mind when it comes to quality and 3rd party testing. The Berberine helps maintain my weight and helps to not cause blood sugar spikes, and also I love that it has Milk Thistle for my liver! I would highly recommend this product to anyone that wants to be heathier!

I ordered a bottle of Natures Craft Berberine 1200mg Weight Loss Supplement from the Amazon website. This product claims that it is a Metabolism Booster for Heart Health - Antioxidant Supplement and Immune System Booster for Liver Support Sugar Balance and Mood Boost. I am not sure why it is listed as a weight loss Supplement as well. After taking this supplement everyday for a little over 2 weeks, I have not seen any impact on my weight so I think it is a bit of a stretch to call it a weight loss supplement and this is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars. However, I have noticed that I feel better physically, and I have noticed an impact on my mood. It is hard to describe, but I just feel happier. I am not sure the impact it has had on heart health or immune system-these things cannot be measured without medical testing-however I do physically feel better so I think that it has had a positive impact on my health. The supplement capsules are fairly large but I had no problems swallowing them. I drank a full glass of water each time I took them, and I took them about 15-20 minutes before eating a meal since is what the directions said to do. I appreciated that the bottle is easy to open since I have severe numbness in my hands and have trouble opening things. Overall I think this is a good product and I would recommend it.

I have used berberine since I first heard of it, maybe 10 years ago. It does what it is meant to do and has been very effective or stabilizing my glucose readings.

So I have been using it for a month. Wow It has made such a difference in my blood sugar levels. I two pills before meals. I get better results before than after a meal. I test my blood sugar levels after two hours of taking it and my blood sugar is perfect. No longer afraid to go out to dinner, out with friends. It has changed my life!
