First of all, it is real leather. I read reviews that said it was plastic-y. Not mine.Second, it didn’t smell. While I don’t have the most sensitive nose, there was absolutely no overpowering smell. Slight new leather smell, barely noticeable.The additional strap WAS woven. Not “printed” like another review stated. I was able to move the stitching aside with my fingernail, so it’s definitely not “printed”.Lining. A lot of people complained that it was “unlined”. It is lined up to the height of the top of the outside pockets. The inside top 6 inches or so are suede/raw leather. Personal preference I suppose, but it doesn’t bother me.Pouch vs inside pockets. Sure it would be really nice to have inside dividers and pockets, BUT hello, the reasonable cost! Also maybe not everybody uses this as a pocketbook and might use it more as a tote which inside dividers would be in the way of. I don’t really have a problem with it personally. The inside pouch is decent quality. After a bunch of the reviews complaining about it, I wasn’t sure what to expect but it is a decent quality. I decided to use it initially and we’ll see how it goes. If I decide not to use the pouch in the future, I’m not concerned about the lack of organization. I am used to large pocketbooks where everything is kind of in a jumble so that wouldn’t bother me too much as I have my items separated into a cosmetic bag, wallet, glasses case, credit card holder and coin pouch.I actually like the versatility of being able to use it as a purse or a general tote. I think it is well made and the craftsmanship is very nice.Mine was well packaged and had no weird creases. My leather strap has a few minor bends from being folded but I assume they’ll come out in time with use.Overall I am extremely happy with the purse for the cost. My only fairly minor complaint is the strap hardware. It seems a little lightweight and I am interested to see how the finish will hold up, but again, for the cost you can’t expect the world.Love the pockets on the outside, front, back and sides.

A great purse/tote. Roomy. Love all the outside pockets. Love the inside purse to organize things inside. I have received so many compliments on the purse and the purple color.

This bag is quite roomy. The individual pouch inside helps keep small items readily available. It seems sturdy. I wish the red color was a little bit more saturated. But it is not a wimpy red, I just like a really striking red.

I love this handbag! I ordered this bag during Prime days 10/23 and got a great deal on it! It is a beautiful vibrant true red (my favorite color) leather-well made, sturdy, stylish and came with not one but 2 straps: one in the same red leather and one of the (stylish) guitar straps which is woven fabric in a super fun design and a wide range of bright colors. I also like the (included) bag which slips inside the handbag to hold many of the items you will need-it has 3 pockets-2 on one side suitable for key fob and either phone or (in my case) pens and a small notepad and the other larger pocket to hold the tiny items I always carry like lip balm, tylenol, etc. It is roomy and of a nice slippery fabric that is also sturdy and it has a zip top. That will make it easy to remove and slip into a different bag when I change. There is a closable outside compartment on both sides of the bag which will also hold keyfob or phone or grocery list-very convenient. And the bag closes with a secure magnetic snap. I am really glad I bought the bag. Now I want it in black and turquoise!!!

The bag is very durable and high quality. The downside of this bag is that it is one big compartment. No separate pockets. It comes with the a small pouch that zips and fits inside but is not attached and gets smushed to the bottom of the bag.

I'm happy with the bag, it's roomy yet it's compact and not a big elephant. Great for every day and especially for me because I am very hard on handbags. Looks like it's weatherproof too. The leather could be better, but for the price, not going to squabble. The zipper bag is handy because you can easily change handbags using it. Unfortunately, I have to carry hubby's stuff, 'cause he hates to carry stuff in his pockets so I had to have a larger bag.I bought the dark red and love the color. Good all around the year color. I love the two straps, I'll put the fabric one away till Summer. The handles that you attach the straps with, swivels so that is nice and keeps your strap from twisting.. All in all, pretty good !
