Perfect
This is perfect for my ginger bug so I can start making my own natural sodas. It is leak-resistant since the top is sealed, especially when it comes to the fermentation process. I don’t have any air leaks, super easy to clean as well, but I would highly recommend doing it by hand rather than using the dishwasher. The latch is super easy, doesn’t catch, doesn’t bang against the glass. There’s no scare of it breaking.

Useful and very attractive!
Very nice looking! I keep mine in the refrigerator with chilled filtered water . Highly recommend! It would be great to have them at a dinner table when guests come. Colors are nice.

I was nervous ordering this because it's glass and I didn't think Amazon would be super thorough when packing it. I ordered two and lo and behold they came barely wrapped. It was like they threw in the bottles at the bottom of the box and put air cushions on top (fyi, there's impact happening all around the box during shipping). Surprisingly they came not broken or cracked. I even clinked it around a bit to see if they would and the bottles were still good! I use these bottles to store my home brewed Kombucha. So far, it's able to handle the carbonation from the drink so I'm happy.

Sturdy and Attractive
The Bormioli Rocco Glara Bottle is attractive and well made. It washes well in the dishwasher and the seal is tight enough that there are no leaks. I'm using mine to make vanilla extract, so I shake it and turn it upside down often to distribute the vanilla seeds, and it is absolutely airtight. There are less expensive bottles on the market, but this one is real winner and worth the price.
