Great for Tacking Up My Headliner
These worked out perfectly for holding up my sagging headliner. I tried headliner spray glue but it only lasted about a week or two. These tacks work perfectly to keep my headliner off of my head while I try to drive. They're easy to install. Just pierce with the end of the tack and turn it like a screw.

Headliner
I used these on a car and truck i had with a saggy headliner. They work well but they are kind of a pita to get started but did the job once i got the knack of it. They are fairly noticeable to so if you want discreet you might try the transparent ones.

I like it
The only thing a don't like about it was its really small and hard to handle....but that being said it hides well.... it holds things in place..... and keeps it neat.

A lifesaver! Saved me hundreds!
These are fantastic and I'm so glad I found out they existed. I recently painted my living room and my brown couch did not look good with the color and it had a stain that I couldn't get out. I needed a fix before Christmas (didn't want guests to view the ugliness), and I really didn't want to have to buy a new couch because mine isn't very old. My couch is a very large size and I couldn't find a slipcover that would fit it. I am also not a very good seamstress so I didn't know what to do. I came across a blog that recommended using these to keep slipcovers from slipping, and that gave me an idea. Instead of sewing my own slipcover or even buying one, I made one using a duvet cover and these pins. I had a duvet cover that was unused and stashed away in the linen closet. I took it apart at the seams using a seam ripper and then I tucked it into the couch wherever I needed it and used these pins to hold it in place. Anywhere it was loose, I fastened it with these. Because these are clear and somewhat small, you can barely see them, and even if you do see them, they look like little decorative buttons. My couch looked good enough that my brother thought I got a new one and my sister asked me how my slipcover looked so tight and good.As for function, the pins act as little screws. You stab them through the fabric and upholstery and twist them until they screw in flat. The come out by twisting them the opposite way. They are easy to insert and remove, and they hold up well. I have had numerous people sitting on my couch, including my five-year-old daughter who likes to squirm and throw herself around on the couch and these have stayed in place perfectly. The only downside is that I have to remove all of them to wash my slipcover, but that isn't anything against the pins but against myself for making a fake slipcover. They are totally worth it though. I bought a fifty pack for fewer than ten bucks which saved me what the cost of a new couch or a custom-made slip cover would be, which is what? Hundreds? Thousands?I am very happy with my purchase! I plan to buy more to slipcover a little chair of my daughter's that has become stained. If you want a slipcover or to cover any sort of bad upholstery and you don't know how to sew or don't want to take the time, this is your answer! Buy these and some fabric, a sheet, or anything else you can use and make your furniture look new.

Difficult to get in straight line
These kept twisting away from the row and looked terrible. I finally used them further down, which didn’t hold solidly. At least they will work for the time being.

Perfect for my bedskirt!
I recently purchased a bed skirt that had an elastic band to go around the perimeter of the bed, but it definitely needed these little cork screw pins to help keep it in place. These are so handy to have! Now the bed skirt is perfectly aligned with the floor and keeps it neat and easy to make the bed. Glad I used them, and glad I ordered them! Thanks Amazon!
