I needed a shorter / smaller key ring for my house keys. I specifically like this style of keyring because I can add and remove store buyer club tags without tearing them up. I bought the four inch version which gives me a key ring of less than 1 1/2 inches in diameter.So far these are looking very good. I did not find them difficult to screw together whatsoever as some people report; on the contrary, these were as easy to "assemble" as the 6 inch cable ring of a different brand it was replacing. These also appear to be sturdier than my other ring.The 4 I ch size would be too short to use for luggage tags unless you're attaching them to something narrow. These would not fit a padded luggage handle for that purpose, but that is not why I bought them :-) If you want them for that purpose, go with the 6 inch version.These definitely fit the bill for what I needed, and since I now have 10 of them, it will be quite some time before I need to buy them again LOL

My keys were on a standard split-ring for years, but lately I'd run out of room and I couldn't seperate the keys to use them. I decided to give this cable key chain a try as it was fairly inexpensive, and to my surprise, it worked out much better than expected. The cable closed to about a 2" loop or close to that, which was plenty for my keys. The barrel connector and cable was far more sturdy than expected. The cable coating has been durable so far. My only gripe is I have a couple "odd" keys with rectangular holes instead of round holes. Unfortunately, the barrel is won't go through the narrower rectangular key hole. If it proves to be a problem, I'll just drill out the key hole and make it work. All-in-all, this product surprised me as it's proven better than expected.

Good quality and durability

This review is for the "Uniclife 4 Inch/ 6 Inch Wire Keychain Cable Large Stainless Steel Key Ring Loop Holder for Luggage Tag Keeper for Travel". I ordered the 4 inch, and what I received are around 4.5 inches, not a problem. I didn't try cutting one, but they seem like more than plastic. They fit big key fobs more comfortably than solid metal rings, and you don't end up crushing the wad of keys in your pocket the same way as a solid ring. These key chain cables along with black key silencers, make my keys look stealthy. One drawback to these is that since they are metal wire inside (or at least seem like metal), they tend to want to be straight, and one would need to have decent coordination to get the ring aligned and secured, which is trivial for most, but could be difficult for others. With that said, on-the-fly add/removal of keys, could be kind of messy. When you open the loop to add/remove, you expose the entire loop. If you need to remove a key that has a smaller hole than the clasp will fit, you might need to remove keys. Whereas a traditional solid ring, allows one to remove one single key without risking all the keys coming off the ring, its a basic concept of physics, not a drawback of this particular product.

So neat, im able to keep all my keys in groups.
