Cheaply made. Clamps are aluminum. No lock nuts or lock washers.
Cheaply made with inferior parts. Avoid!

Do the brackets meet with the strength of the U-Bolts ? —Aluminum versus the Steel/Iron bolts.Description Notes "Claw Hand Screw Nuts" are included YET, I don't see them in the itemized list (SEE ATTACHED).
