great addition to the kitchen, kind of want the samsung hob now
Love this, the dual oven function is great once you learn to use its many cooking methods, we love it, no more sneaky cooking cakes though with the notifications turned on, a few people complain about the time it takes the grill to warm up but not had reason to join them, it works just fine in my opinion, steam clean function is ok but doesnt beat a bit of elbow grease. the dual cooking option really does help when making a meal tho, individual timers and temps help enormously, looks great too. The one problem I have isnt the ovens fault its Amazons, I paid to have it fitted as only my gh was at home, and when they came they couldnt fit it as it didnt have a plug, but has to be hard wired ( almost all ovens are ), saying that I had the refund within 24h and fitted it myself.

INJURY RISK TO SKIN AND EYES, FIRE HAZARD, CUTS HAZARD
Today is 18/03/2025 Would NOT recommend this oven to my enemy. Unit keeps FAILING. There were many PROBLEMS with the oven since September 2023. Oven beeps when set temperatures are reached or when the food is ready BUT temperatures are about 20-25 C LOWER than it says on the digital display (when I talked to BAD samsung customer service they informed me that they do not know environmental circumstances the oven is in but the oven works as intended). They sent someone to replace PCB. It did NOT solve the issue. We wasted so much food because of it. The other day GLASS DOOR SHATTERED on its own creating very HIGH RISK OF INJURY TO THE EYES AND SKIN (No one or nothing suffered from this incident) . On 13/03/2025 we smelt burnt plastic in the kitchen. After checking what it was we realised that BAD s-a-m-s-u-n-g oven FAILED again. The top fan stopped working and something melted inside the back of the oven causing F-I-R-E H-A-Z-A-R-D. BAD samsung scheduled a repair for 26/03/2025. BAD samsung want us to eat ready made meals for 13 days... Contacted customer service many times asking for replacement. BAD samsung is claiming that they will keep trying to repair it as many times as it requires during the warranty time. Then I asked what do they think I should do in order to prepare food for my family - they do not know...

I do like this oven but only 3 stars. It would have 5 if only I could see the controls. Dark figures on dark background.

Dual oven in the space of a single oven
Great Oven! 10/10 on flexibility due to split oven design. The only thing you need to be aware of is if you have a gas hob you may need to get the gas pipe adjusted to accommodate the slight extra depth (front to back), this was easily done by an approved gas fitter

Split door - brilliant
Excellent oven. Unfortunately one has to buy another rack for the oven as only 1 supplied (£23). Connects to the phone through Samsung SmartThings. Easy to clean with soapy water. Keep warm function is very handy. Full automatic advance programme.

Only one wire shelf came with Oven
Cant believe it only comes with one wire shelf,,,Samsung wants £105 for another for this model when I enquired over the phone to Samsung,, ,,, if you search for Original Samsung Electric Oven Wire Rack Shelf NV73J9970 NV75J3140 NV75K5541 its near identical and the same size 46cm x 36 cm for around £25BTW its a really good Oven and easy to install inside kitchen oven carcass, without any modifications ,not like some I`ve fitted in the past.
