Fabulous product

i like the flavour, I mix it with greek yohurt and it tastes a bit like Horlicks. Although I do think this product has made some difference, it has not done anything for my bloating. It has made me feel very hungry, I guess that's speeded up digestion, and also improved my 'movements'. I've been taking it for nearly a month. I do wonder if it might take a few months to really see the benefits, and I also wonder if i'm not taking enough maybe, I'm on a heaped teaspoonful a day. But at the price it is, I can't really afford to have more than that. Everyone is different and this product might work better on some as most of the reviews suggest. If is was cheaper I might perserve, but think I will look for something similar but cheaper. Also, check the added vitamins and minerals if you're already taking supplements .

Eased my tummy issues immediately! I ordered the unflavoured option as I mix it with fruits and/or peanut butter and milk to make a smoothie. It mixes very well and is easy to use. I have reordered it several times now as it is now a regular part or my diet.

Very small packet for the price

This is a game changer for sluggish bowels, I initially bought the sweetened one, but was way too sweet for my taste. I added this to porridge, homemade soups etc.Only downside was the expensive price 🫤

I bought this with great expectations. I have been taking this for six days to help with digestion and it just have set like concrete in my gut.I've had to take laxative to clear it out my system.So this is definitely not for me

Biomel is a very good product and although I’ve tried all 3 packs, I prefer the unflavoured because it doesn’t have the sweeteners. The thing is though, the pack is only about a third of the weight of the others and it’s the same price! Let’s face it, it’s an expensive product but if it could be sold a little cheaper, it would allow many more people to benefit and perhaps allow it to be purchased more often. Sadly I can’t afford a monthly subscription.

Have been taking this daily for months, prefer the unflavoured as only need a teaspoon daily, I add it to greek yogurt. I feel the benefit of this and stops reflux symptoms and keeps me regular without constipation. Feel so much better overall and part of my daily ritual.
