Great product, unacceptable delivery
Great product, as advertised with a really good pricePrime member and delivery was supposed to be in two days. Order was fulfilled by Amazon and took 9 days. Had to purchase another set from Lowes to get my project done

Ideal for Working with Miniatures
I make a lot of miniatures and micro-miniatures and this file set has been a sanity saver. I was using emery boards to do my filing, but with miniatures there are a lot of tight and tiny places an emery board won’t go.These little tools are just right for getting into those itty-bitty places and making sure the details are as fine as they can be.The files have a nice little pouch that can hang on a pegboard. The handles are non-slip and bright yellow so they can easily be spotted on a messy work surface.The files feel sturdy and capable of doing the job but are small enough to work on tiny projects without breaking off any of the little pieces.I would buy them again.

The steel used is not hard enough.
I've used the small rasps and they are terrible. They lost their filing/rasping ability around the fifth time I used them. While the price would be excellent, if they were Swiss quality or therabouts. These are far from that. They are comfortable to use. I've read the 5-star reviews, and it is possible I got a dud. It happens. I have a few small Swiss-made files that costs about 35 euros each and have been with me for about 25 years now, but I needed other files for their form factor and wanted to save money. If you are looking for occasional use, they are fine, but for serious use, I find them lacking. The steel is nowhere near hard enough.

Small but tough!
I ordered this 6 piece file set from a DIY link I saw on Utube. I had a backdoor deadbolt that was difficult to lock. The files look small but I tried one out anyway. Within a few seconds of filing the door bolt closes easily again. This is a tough little file!
