Excellent reference book for Ford 5.0 Coyote engines. NOT A REPAIR MANUAL, but tells you a great deal about the Coyote engine family including mods and recommended upgrade parts. Highly recommend it for general knowledge. Contains 160 pages in 12 chapters. MAKE SURE YOU ORDER THE BOOK THAT COVERS GEN 3 ENGINES TO GET THE LATEST INFORMATION.

Bought to have a reference for Coyote engines, should I have one to maintain. There are reviews of content in other places, consider all before purchase. Written by Jim Smart, so expect quality prose, good photos and illustrations, detailed text, and most likely technical errors.

I purchased the book hoping for more of a service manual, but it’s not. It’s more of a look through the years of the 5.0. There is good information in it, but not as much as I was hoping for.

As someone considering a coyote swap into an older project car, this book was very useful. It's packed with Information, and organized in a logical way and I feel I absolutely got my moneys worth with the information it provides.

Very good and compact written book. All necessary infos are well displayed. Only downside is a slight lack of depth.

Well, the title was a bit deceiving as this book more identifies as a magazine. Each topic is then broken down to the three gens so expect a lot of flipping and potential confusion. It reminds me of something more for the waiting room than the shop. Oh, and the focus is the mustang, you know the F-150 has the Coyote too… There is a few places that do provide quality information for assembly but very little. Over all this is something I would expect a teenager would appreciate.
