No flaws
This is actually a fantastic skin for the Elite 2 controller, and I actually don't have a single complaint for it.I noticed a strange problem with the default Elite 2 grips, and that is that it makes my hands sweat. Not profusely, but they are clammy after a few hours. I wasn't sure if this was the material of the default rubber grips, or if there is some heat generated from the battery and rumble motors. At this point I'm thinking it's a combination of all of the above. I have no history of sweaty palms, and no other controller seems to do this for me. As a result, I bought this skin with the hope of combating this problem.Cooler - These actually make a big difference. The nub texture does gives you a lot more air flow. While it didn't completely eliminate the controller getting a bit warm after a few hours, it made a bigger difference than I was hoping for.Grip - The skin texture is fantastic and does give you quite a bit more grip if you're having clammy hands with the default grips. I think they really nailed it with the nubby texture; it's very comfortable.Functionality - Some people have complained that it interferes with the paddles, but I had no issues at all with any of the paddles. I didn't have to cut anything.Fit - The fit was perfect with no gaps, pockets, or looseness. I recommend removing the thumb sticks first before stretching this over the controller. I don't notice any shifting around while playing.

Helps with sore hands, oddly...
I have two problems when I play my xBox; one, I have butterfingers and drop the controller *ALL* the the time, and two, I hold on to it so tightly that I hurt my hands (I often have to take Tylenol for a long session). I have since learned that the official term for that is "clinching', and it is certainly a fitting term. I know the Elite is supposed to be more resilient to drops, but I don't have carpet in my house, and I can't imagine that dropping the controller onto ceramic tile 14 times a day is going to be good for it. (I mean, that's a slight exaggeration, but...)I actually wanted either a lanyard or an Otter Box type cover (actually, preferably both), but of the harder cases, they seemed to have bad ratings, and the single lanyard I found was insanely expensive. I read reviews and decided to go with this one.First things first: I did NOT have any fitting problems. I have an xBox Elite controller and I don't have any issues with the cover blocking the paddles on the rear, and I didn't have to cut anything. I don't know if I got an improved model or what, but I saw a lot of complaints about that and I wanted to note that I did not have that issue.Second, this thing has nubbed grips. I have found that not only does it make me less likely to drop the controller, but it also makes me less likely to grip the thing as if my life depends on it, and that was NOT a benefit I anticipated at all.The glow-in-the-dark thing is kind of underwhelming, but in all seriousness, that was kind of gimmicky for me. I would have preferred other designs, to be honest, but this one was kind of the least clashy with my blue controller (because it's the closest to clear).Definitely recommend.

It is absolutely perfect, if "good enough" is good enough.
If you need something to hold or cover the grips that are falling off of your $200 controller, this is it. Not the most comfortable to hold for extended periods and the cutouts aren't perfect, but close. It beats spending money on another controller hands down. I didn't really know what to expect and that's pretty much what I got. It went on easy, it doesn't stretch out over time or anything like that. If you are mad as Microsoft for selling you a wack controller, this will make you forget about that, at least temporarily. The grips were falling off of mine and stabbing into my hands, this solved that problem. If your grips are janky, give this a go.

Not Perfect, but Good Enough. Solves The issue
no it's not a perfect fit, but it's close enough, and it absolutely solves the issue of the factory grip peeling off. Every button is still accessible and functioning correctly with this sleeve on

Stops the factory grips from wearing off!
The factory grips are notorious for wearing off(bad QC from MS). It holds them in so that you’ll never notice. Has a great grip, wicks away sweat(to a small degree), and is easy on your hands for long sessions. Cheap/quick solution for your new controller!

Keeping everything together
I picked this up because the plastic around my triggers was peeling (Seriously, the Elite Series 2 controller has some truly awful build quality). The plastic feels nice and is keeping everything in place.

Anti Slip
It definitely works good for anti-slip because the elite two controllers are slippery, but it needs cut outs on the back for the triggers, because the case gets underneath the triggers, so I just trimmed it as seen in the pictures. I got the glow in the dark one and it barely glows at all, but it works great for not slipping.
