Great find, pleasantly surprised.I am trying to live on a keto diet which calls for a low carb and higher fat content in order to burn fat for fuel instead of sugar. Simply put, I am looking for low carb options with a higher fat to carb ratio; however, most of the items advertised as "keto" at my local grocery stores do not meet that goal and are not truly keto.I'm starting to get tired of the small selection at my local grocery stores that I have found that have 12-20 grams of fat and 7-10 grams of carbs. So I searched the web for items that would meet my needs and found Amazon sold these. So I took a chance and bought them. The texture is smooth with a little crunch, and the caramel flavor is good.I only have 2 complaints. One, they are small for the price, but they meet my fat to carb criteria. My other complaint is these were delivered on a warmer spring day (temps in the 80s), and my bars sat on the porch for 2 hours before I got home. They had melted a little, and going forward, I will only buy these during the fall & winter timeframe to ensure no melting.

These are tasty, especially for 3g net carbs if you aren’t turned off by the grainy texture. But don’t order these in the summer. These bars are very vulnerable to hot temps and will most certainly melt in a hot car or in packaging during warmer weather. They were shipped with insulation and cold packs, but still arrived melted.

Extremely delicious and like 2 net carbs each. (I forget the math.) Love love love. Please bring the price down so I can buy more! They're so good I'm not even knocking a star down for the price! Best bar ever! P.S. the bar is very light and fluffy tasting, not heavy and thick like a Think bar. But you get weirdly full from it. I usually have 2. Net carbs still super low. 10/10

I love the peanut butter version of this bar, so I thought I'd surely love the salted caramel version -- WRONG! They taste nothing like salted caramel and instead taste chemically. I would not recommend these unless you're starving and have nothing else to eat. If you want something that actually tastes good, buy the peanut butter version. They're delicious. The salted caramel are garbage and a waste of money.

Love these protein bars. Great for those watching their carbs & sugar levels.

Product is excellent. Tasty and healthy. However Amazon has had terrible, on-going problems filling orders. For this product, the Subscribe & Save program is non-functional. Each month they fail to ship this product, forcing me to pay 40% more buying outside the program. I have spoken to the folks at Genius Gourmet and they do not seem to be part of the problem. Hopefully Amazon will get its act together. For now, I am unable to buy the product.

They make a great dessert! I enjoy one with coffee also.
