Q: Will this tighten lots of sagging skin from weight loss for my 87 year old mother? Or what will?

Unlikely. I did not find it a very effective moisturiser which is why I bought it. Neutrogena Deep Moisture is much more effective for hydrating dry skin.

Q: Does this have perfume

Not noticeably so, I have very sensitive skin and I never have any problems using this.

Q: Could I use this as a lotion before indoor tanning ?

I don't know? perhaps you should contact Garnier customer service?

I have quite dry skin and found this to be a really good moisturiser. Feels lovely and not at all greasy.
