So far, I have used this for lemon drizzle cake (topping) and buttercream. It is definately very sweet mixed with lemon juice but found it tastes much nice the day after. Buttercream is lovely - not as nice as the real thing and you might need to tinker with your recipe but its good when on keto. I was quite skeptical before I tried it but its been really good!

Perfect for sweetening drinks and for baking. When i use it instead of sugar i use the exact same amount and it is sweet enough (for me anyway) I see comments about that cooling sensation in the mouth you get, i think this is just the nature of erythirol nothing wrong with that. I remember growing up on sweets made out of this so im use to this sensation in any case. As of the bitterness, try to work out the right amount and dont over use it, this might cause bitterness. As with any other sweeteners if you are changing from sugar -which is super sweet - it might take time for your taste buds to get use to the new alternative. So be patient. Im very happy with the product tho there is one annoying part, its grounded so fine (finer than the general icing sugar) that the powder flies everywhere in the minute you open the pack. When i added it to butter or cream and started whisking, it flew everywhere and covered up half of the kitchen.

I usually use it in my keto ice cream. Its sweetness is just about right. It does not leave that weird after taste. Love it. Bought it before, will buy it again. Highly recommend!

Se dissout un peu plus difficilement que le sucre en poudre, mais finit toujours par fondre (liquide sortant du frigo). Je l'utilise pour la 1ère fois et je dois dire que pour la 1ère fois aussi, je suis incapable de trouver une différence entre un édulcorant et le goût du sucre 😁 (j'ai horreur de la Stevia, et de la saccharine). Je précise que j'adore la menthe, mais effectivement, lorsqu'on le goûte seul, il a ce même petit goût frais. Pour ma part, je n'en suis pas gênée, au contraire, puisque je l'utilise pour faire du thé glacé à la menthe. Je mettrai mon commentaire à jour à l'automne, quand je passerai à mon thé hivernal goût russe et donc sans menthe. Sachet peu pratique, je fais un transfert dans une boîte hermétique pour éviter l'humidité et les grumeaux qui fondent plus difficilement. Mériterait un autre emballage...

Eritritolo puro alimentatore privo di zuccheri e carboidrati perché fa parte della categoria dei polioli e non degli zuccheri. Dolcifica quasi quanto lo zucchero, ma non innalza la glicemia e non ha calorie. Si scioglie meno bene dello zucchero, ma se lo si usa in polvere a velo, si scioglie benissimo.
