This Nilgiri oil is absolutely original with great fragrance and medicinal properties.

The package was received intact. When opened found the cap of the bottle broken. Photo attached. Need the item replaced. If replacement is not possible then a full refund. Pls confirm urgently. Only after your confirmation I will be able to decide on placing another order.

The concentration seems to be a bit low..... otherwise fine.....
