I have always wanted to get one of these and maybe I missed the boat for when they were considered “in style” but I have never been a dedicated follower of fashion. I purchased this for work as we go into the winter months, it’s not as big and bulky as a scarf but it provides warmth and protection for my neck, it can also be pulled up over your mouth and nose to provide further warmth and protection and this helps a great deal with my asthma.In fact I’m going to be buying again once I finish this review.

Fine, no problems

Thought l'd try a shemagh for out & about. Nicely surprised with it, comfortable and snug, hardly know your wearing it. A few people say it's very casual but smart. Happy with it may buy another.

The item is possibly a little smaller than my other by about 10 cm. It fits well regardless of being a bit smaller. However, that said, the colour is brilliant (olive/black), the cloth is woven and really soft. It is quite a thin cloth though but this I believe is the point.I use it as a scarf/head/face wrap for my cold commute to work on my bicycle. Fits under the helmet and you can alter the level of coverage depending on the temperature. Also doubles as a handy pillow on the train.Also, let's be honest, it also looks good in general too.

In the heat, soak these with cold water and drape it round your shoulders and they keep you cool for ages. Unfortunately - not really a proper unfortunately! - I was actually expecting a cheaper version of this, same as I already had from eBay however these are really good quality! Really good cotton and well made. Brilliant in heat and cold, well made, very much worth the price.

Size is approx. 1m x 1m.Weave is ok, some loose threads, pattern is consistent with no thin patches, material feels durable, colour is accurate.
