Yeah, but make sure to frequently change position of the diamond blade and don't use the tool on it's highest setting. If you ignore this, you'll most likely overheat the blade which will make the glue bond between diamonds and the blade fail, resulting in a diamond-free spot and partially damaged blade. Also, make sure you get a THIN blade, ideally 1mm. Thicker blades are likely to damage the tiles unless you are very, very careful. Don't ask me how I know all of this. Let's just say, I paid my dues. :-)

Can you purchase replacement tool? ie blades

Yes ebay does lots of different multipacks ranging from about £13 upwards depending what accessories you need. It has a universal fitting so can take majority. I brought a grout remover ( semicircle cemented carbide blade) and a thinner sander head with lots of new sander sheets to retire & redecorate my bathroom for £14. Can pick up stuf from most dcorating / tool shops

where can i buy spare attachments

I found a good supply of tools in The Range. The make is Sabre and they fit perfectly.
