It is creamy but turns to liquid as you smooth it on. Very soft silky and calming. Doesn’t smell. I recommend this.

Q: Can it be used when having oxygen therapy

I’m sorrry I don’t know but your health person should be able to answer. It does not have a strong smell if that helps.
