Q: How do people prepare bottles? We're about to transition from nutramigen to pepti.

I feed Pepti. Do scoops to oz. I usually put in 2oz of boiled water (left to cool down to 70degrees approx) put in however many scoops and then add in the rest of the water to however many oz and cool in a jug of water to serving temp. I was told by pharmacy not to mix the formula with any other/breast milk - give it straight, introduce by replacing a feed for pepti. However now we are 1y old and weaning the paediatric told me to mix with cows milk.
