I am using the Qubo Smart Door Lock Essential for my main door and overall experience is very good. Installation was easy and fingerprint recognition works fast. PIN and RFID card options are also useful for family members. The build quality feels solid and the app is simple to use. Battery backup is good and emergency power option is available, which is a plus. For this price range, it is a very good and reliable smart lock. Value for money product. Highly recommended.

Excellent product, looks durable. Received product on time. Ease of access and honestly worry free from handling physical key all the time. Qubo techincian has done excellent job, came on time with prior appointment. Well equipped and well skilled to do their job. Technician helped us to understand and configure the Qubo smart lock, provided the demo of the same. Excellent job.

The lock arrived in time, in good packaging. Installation follow up was done in a very timely manner, in spite of not being ready from my end (door wasn't ready). Scheduling appointment was easy and quick; the installation person came on time and did an excellent job without any damage. Had proper tools. Also explained how to use the App. Lock itself is very good with multiple ways to unlock and easy to setup. Easy for home as well as small businesses.

The Qubo Smart Lock offers great functionality overall—keyless entry works seamlessly, and the mobile app integration is smooth. Installation was fairly straightforward, and the build quality feels solid and premium. However, one major drawback I faced was while trying to register fingerprints. It consistently failed to recognize or register my wife’s fingerprint, no matter how many times we tried. This could be a serious limitation for elderly users or those with faint fingerprint patterns. Pros: • Sleek design and good build quality • Easy to install • Convenient keyless entry with multiple access options Cons: • Fingerprint sensor struggles with some users • Could benefit from improved biometric sensitivity A good product overall, but keep in mind the fingerprint limitation depending on who will be using it.

Just installed the Qubo Ultra on main door. Works beautifully. Installation was seamless and really efficient. Sandeep Kumar who cam to install the product did a fantastic job of installation, setup and explanation of features. Great experience!

Excellent and easy to use product. Quick installation.

Quality and Finishing- Feels Good, but weighs lighter and feels less heft than competing brands (speedy/ozone). Handle has a matte feel, rest of the parts are glossy. Surprisingly most brands of smart door lock look and feel the same, with differences in weight. Not surprising as all of these are made in China, and then labelled by Indian retailers. Packaging- Top marks, there was a detailed template for door marking and lock placement. Product wrapped and labelled clearly. 2 physical steel keys, 2 rfid cards included. Qubo app and Usage- App for smart door is not as clunky as their dashcam one. Easy to add profiles, and setup access types. Fingerprint- Almost instant, Works 8/10 times. PIN Code- works flawlessly. Physical key overrides fingerprint and PIN. There is also a privacy on the inside, which when selected, disables all access mechanism from outside except physical key I believe. Battery- Been few weeks, at 90%. Let us see how this holds up. WiFi- This model does not come with wifi, but can be added by purchasing their gateway. VFM- Got this for 7415/- with card offers included. Installation and Support- Good and responsive. Was installed on second day after raising installation request.
