Lovely mask! It’s soft and very comfortable with adjustable strap. Thick material and dark to keep light out well. Wearable all night. So great I purchased another!

I spent years hearing people say that eye masks improve your quality of sleep... I wouldn't say I particularly believed them, although I didn't disbelieve them either... I really wish I had listened to them before now... Since buying this eye mask I get 8 hours sleep a night... (obviously this depends on what time I go to bed)... It isn't just the length of time I sleep... Its the quality of sleep...I wear a sports watch that measures sleep time as well as hours of deep sleep... I'm not for a minute going to suggest that these watches are scientifically accurate... because they are not... However... I am able to look back at the readings before wearing the eye mask and after... and there is a substantial improvement in overall sleep duration as well as the duration of deep sleep... This is all the evidence I need to be convinced that the eye mask improves sleep...Its not rocket science that there are huge benefits to our health and wellbeing from sleeping well... This eye mask is comfortable and completely 'black-out'... My concerns that it would be uncomfortable and irritating were unfounded... I got used to it after the first night of wearing it... I hang it on my bed post and slip it on as soon as I feel like going to sleep... I'll even go one step further... I actually look forward to sleep nowadays... I never used to remember my dreams, but now I do... Its pretty cool... Highly recommended...Just as a footnote... I haven't got round to wearing the enclosed ear plugs yet... that seems like a step too far... but It wouldn't surprise me if they improved sleep even further...

This is excellent value for money! I was really struggling to sleep for very long with the light early mornings (as I have blind I can’t black out!). I tried a mask before which wasn’t comfortable but I was amazed how soft & comfortable this was. I’ve had windows & the blind open in very hot weather, eye mask on & ear plugs in, slept so well!!

Really happy with product. The eye mask is large enough to sit flush on my face as to not let light through at the edges. Very comfortable. Nice and easy adjustable strap that doesn’t dig in.

I think these eye masks would be ideal for napping sitting up and for short lying down naps.The two sizes of eye masks in the packet are soft and silky and comfortable to wear. There are 2 sets of earplugs, one was too big and would not fit the other I have yet to need to try.I found both sizes of eye masks to be comfortable and thick and covered closely around the nose, which stops virtually all light bleeding through. Having worn eye masks at night previously, I appreciate the difference the full coverage makes.During a full night in bed, the eye mask would end up sitting on the pillow by my head and several times at night I had to put it back on or be bothered by the morning light. I have tried wearing the strap further down below the ears but with the same result. This means that they are not doing the job I wanted them to do when I purchased them.They have adjustable straps and I have used both masks and adjusted the straps on each. Having adjustable straps makes them much more comfortable to wear than non adjustable ones. When I tighten the strap it increases the feeling of pressure on the eyes, so it becomes uncomfortable to have them very tight. If these eye masks had two straps as some do, then the pressure could be at the top and bottom of the mask, instead of right in the middle on the eyes and perhaps could be worn a little tighter.Unfortunately, although I found the eye masks to be comfortable, as the purpose of this purchase was for use in bed during a full nights sleep I am again on the look out for eye masks that are suitable for wearing in bed without coming off at all during the night.

The media could not be loaded. I've been using this eye mask for over a year and now I can't sleep without it! The silk is incredibly soft and gentle on my skin, providing a luxurious feel every time I put it on. It fits snugly with its adjustable strap, ensuring it stays in place all night without any discomfort. It's washed really well and has been excellent value for the price! It does an excellent job of blocking out light, making it perfect for those early morning hours or when I'm travelling. Highly recommended for anyone looking to add a touch of luxury to their bedtime routine!
