Drs. Foster and Smith.com has (Pawz for Dogs in different sizes for different breeds... it works to cover paws in order for them to heal or to protect them daily from elements and germs. You can use these to protect paws from future injuris also.. They are washable and reuseable. They look a bit like thick ballons and stay on very nicely. They should be removed at night to allow feet to get air. I used these for my poodles back paw when it was injured. She did not mind having on and did not chew at it or remove it. I think she kind of liked it.

Will this make hair grow back in on a skinned area on horses leg.?skin healed but stay bare

I have had it grow hair back on a horse. After it healed a six inch laceration, it regrew the coat over the area. I've had the same experience with wounds on a Nubian goat, so much so, that I applied it to areas on another goat with no wound, but where the hair had been lost in two patches. It grew back there too.
